Soya and both are good for health. You can enjoy it with both rice and chapati

Soya Palak

Ingredients to make Soya Palak

  • Soya- 1 cup
  • palak chopped- 1, 1/2 cup
  • ginger garlic paste-2tbsp
  • onion paste- 4tbsp
  • onion chopped-1 small
  • tomato chopped-1 small
  • oil-3tbsp
  • turmeric powder-1/2tsp
  • red chilli powder-1/2tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Garam masala-1/2 tsp

How to make Soya Palak

  1. Soak Soya chunks in boiled water with a little salt for 10 mins and then wash n squeeze them. Kept them aside
  2. Blanch the chopped palak and keep the aside
  3. Heat kadai. Put oil add ginger garlic paste saute them a minute then add onion paste and saute them till the raw smell goes out
  4. Add salt to taste and turmeric powder and mix them
  5. Next add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes become soft and fry till oil separates
  6. Now add Soya chunks and fry them min with the masala
  7. Next add blanched palak and cook for min
  8. Add some garam masala over it and cook for 5mins
  9. Soya Palak is ready
