Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 CUP MILK
  2. 1 tbsp Butter
  3. Some chopped dry fruits
  4. Cardamom powder
  5. One fourth cup sugar
  6. butter for fry
  7. 2 apple

Instructions

  1. peel apple and cut in round shape.
  2. and shallow fry it for 2 minutes both sides.
  3. now take a pan and heat butter
  4. add milk and boil it until it remains 1/2
  5. then add sugar, cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits.
  6. and make like rabri.
  7. now take a serving plate
  8. put apple slice and pour rabri on it
  9. and serve it cool.
