Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 to 8 pieces Fish cut into like finger
  2. 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  3. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  4. 2 tbsp vinegar
  5. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1 tbsp besan flour
  8. 1 tsp rice flour
  9. oil for shallow fry
  10. For sauce
  11. 1/2 tbsp chili paste
  12. 1tsp garlic powder
  13. 1/2 tsp chocolate sauce
  14. 1 tsp honey
  15. 1 tsp oregano
  16. 1/2 tsp mustard sauce
  17. 1 tsp oil
  18. salt to taste
  19. Mix well and cook this on a low flame for 3 to 4 minutes switch off the flame


  1. Wash and clean the fish pieces to this add turmeric chili powder rice flour besan flour salt and vinegar mix well until masala coat well keep this aside for 20 minutes
  2. Heat the pan add 1 tbsp oil when oil is hot add marinated fish and fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until done on a low flame
  3. Serve hot with sauce yummy fish finger is ready thank you happy cooking
