preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius temperature.
thinly slice the sweet potato and zucchini.
steam or boil the sweet potato until just tender.
grease with butter or oil a 20 cm square cake tin.
first make a thin layer of the tender sweet potato into the cake tin.
then sprinkle half of green peas and half of corn kernels on top of that sweet potato.
then make a layer of zucchini on top of that green peas and corn kernels.
sprinkle a little bit of salt and black pepper onto that and repeat the process again.
which means first make a layer of sweet potato on top of the zucchini.
then spread left over green peas and corn kernels on top of that sweet potato.
finally make a layer of zucchini and sprinkle some salt and pepper.
whisk the eggs with the cream and half of the cheese in a bowl.
pour the egg mixture over the veggies in the cake tin.
sprinkle the leftover cheese on top.
bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden colour and set.
cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Sliced and enjoy the cheesy veggies.
