ABOUT Atta Brownies RECIPE

Here I am back with another dessert recipe. You call them Brownies, I call them beauties.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 100 grams whole wheat flour
  2. 40 grams Butter
  3. 80 grams dark chocolate
  4. 300 ml condensed milk
  5. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  7. 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  8. 40 ml Milk

Instructions

  1. First and most important step, pre heat the cooker or over. Pre heating is must.
  2. Mix Condensed Milk, Butter and Melted Dark Chocolate in a bowl until combined together perfectly.
  3. Sieve all the dry ingredients thrice.
  4. Add the dry ingredients into the melted mixture. Add milk in batches, fold gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into greased tin and bake it for 20-25 minutes at 160 degrees (for oven) .. and 30 minutes (for cooker).
  6. Allow it to cool properly so that you get finely pieces.
  7. Last but not the least, EAAAATT.
  8. (OPTIONAL) You can use walnuts if you want to. For that take 1/2 cup walnuts and dust it with flour so that it doesn't sink. Drizzle chocolate sauce and enjoy !
