Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 3 cup aata
  2. 1/2 cup pure ghee
  3. Coarsely grinded dry fruits
  4. Ghee for frying
  5. Ghee for roasting
  6. Sugar as per taste

Instructions

  1. Knead aata by adding ghee (moan)
  2. Make small balls and fry in ghee till golden brown on medium flame
  3. Break into pieces and grind coarsely in mixie
  4. Take kadai add ghee and the grinded mixture and roast till the colour changes
  5. Add grinded dry fruits and mix well
  6. Let it cool for some time and add sugar into it
  7. Churma ready to serve
