Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Spinach cooked and pasted 1/2 cup
  3. Salt
  4. For filling
  5. Paneer grated 1/2 cup
  6. Potatoes cooked and mashed 1 cup
  7. Carrot cooked and mashed 1 number
  8. Onion finely chopped 1/2 cup
  9. Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  10. Green chillies finely chopped 2 numbers
  11. Chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  12. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  14. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/4 cup
  15. Salt
  16. Lemon juice 2 teaspoon
  17. Ghee 5 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, spinach,and salt to make a smooth dough
  2. In a kadai add oil and add onion chopped, chopped chillies, ginger garlic paste and saute
  3. Add potato and carrot and mix well
  4. Add all spices and salt and mix well
  5. Add grated paneer mix well
  6. Add lemon juice and mix well
  7. Sprinkle coriander leaves
  8. Let the mixture cool
  9. Make balls of dough and roll in to thin rotis
  10. Spread stuffing evenly on the roti and wet sides.
  11. Place another roti over it and press the sides gently
  12. In a tawa cook the rotis in medium flame
  13. Spread ghee over it
  14. Serve hot with raita and pickle
