ABOUT Pizza Rice Biryani RECIPE

Here is a totally unique recipe of rice peeked up with all time favourite pizza sauce, colourful veggies and sweet corn too!!! The Pizza Rice Biryani is very yummy!!!!

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 tbsp oil
  2. 1 chopped red capsicum
  3. 1 chopped yellow capsicum
  4. 1 chop green Capsicum
  5. 1 cup corn kernels
  6. 2 tbsp Oil
  7. 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  8. 2 big chopped onion
  9. 3 large tomato puree
  10. 2 tsp dried Oregano
  11. 2 tsp red chilli flakes
  12. 1 tsp red chili powder
  13. 2 tsp sugar
  14. salt as per taste
  15. 2 cups cooked long grained rice with salt
  16. Grated processed cheese
  17. 1 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  1. heat oil in a pan
  2. add red green and yellow capsicum and corn kernels
  3. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes and keep aside in a bowl
  4. then again heat 2 tbsp oil in the same pan
  5. add garlic and Saute
  6. add onion and saute till the onion turn translucent
  7. add tomato puree and Saute well
  8. add oregano Chilli flakes Chilli powder sugar and salt and mix well
  9. Add capsicum mix and saute well
  10. Pizza gravy is ready and turn off the flame
  11. now grease a large microwave safe bowl with ghee and spread 1/2 rice into an even layer
  12. then spread the pizza gravy
  13. Now spread the grated cheese
  14. Sprinkle the Oregano and chilli flakes
  15. then top with the remaining rice and flatten to make an even layer
  16. Pour the ghee on top and cover with lid and microwave on high for 6 to 7 minutes
  17. leave covered for 10 minutes
  18. Pizza Biryani is ready
  19. Pizza Biryani served hot with raita and papad
