we always eat eat sprouts plain or with regular dressing this time I added sundrop peanut butter to dressing and really taste was ultimate,friends do try this salad its really yum ,healthy and different

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Steamed sprouts 1/4 cup
  2. 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  3. 1/4 cup chopped Yellow bell pepper
  4. 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  5. 1/4 cup chopped apple
  6. 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Dressing
  9. 1/4 cup peanut butter
  10. Half teaspoon honey
  11. 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  12. 2 teaspoon olive oil
  13. Have teaspoon red chilly powder
  14. for garnish
  15. 2 tbsp spring onion green part chopped
  16. 2 tbsp pomegranate kernels

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 TSP EACH OF OLIVE OIL & HONEY
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, SALT TO TASTE & THE JUICE OF 1/2 A LEMON
  3. ADD 1 HEAPED TBSP SUNDROP PEANUT BUTTER
  4. WHISK WELL, SET ASIDE THE READY DRESSING
  5. TAKE 1-1/4 CUP STEAMED MOONG SPROUTS, ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF CHOPPED CUCUMBER & YELLOW BELL PEPPER
  6. ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF CUBED COTTAGE CHEESE AND DICED TOMATOES
  7. ADD THE READY SUNDROP PEANUT BUTTER DRESSING
  8. GENTLY TOSS THE SALAD
  9. GARNISH WITH CHOPPED SPRING ONION GREENS & POMEGRANATE SEEDS
  10. THE SALAD IS READY TO SERVE, TRY IT, IT'S YUM
