Everybody love this sandwich.
Thanks for sharing this recipe.
Line a square cake tin with baking paper. (as per size of your tin, the quantity of biscuits or cookies may vary)
Place a layer of upside facing down biscuits in the tin.
Roughly chop the crunchie bars.
Whip the cream and condensed milk together.
Add chopped crunchie bar with the cream and fold through. **can be use chopped Oreo cookies or chocolate chips instead of Crunchie bar**
Pour over the biscuits gently smooth the top with a spatula.
Place a layer of biscuits on top of that cream. **follow the same pattern, like before you did.**
Cover the cream with the biscuits.
Wrap the cake tin with a cling wrap and freeze for overnight.
Next day cut into sections and serve.
