ABOUT Chocolate sago kheer RECIPE

Anything chocolate immediately attracts kids,and also me. A tasty twist to the usual sabudana kheer with the chocolate.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup sago/ sabudana
  2. 2 cups Milk
  3. 1/2 cup Sugar
  4. 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  5. 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  6. Chocolate,for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak sabudana for an hour.
  2. Boil milk in a wok and let it simmer till little thick
  3. Drain the sabudana and put it in the milk.
  4. Let it cook 8-10 mins till the sabudana become translucent.
  5. Add sugar and cardamom powder to it
  6. Switch off the gas and add chocolate syrup to it .
  7. Let cool then garnish with chocolate and serve.
