ABOUT Fusion Desi Falafal Wrap RECIPE

In this my fusion recipe i use healty and more fibrous thing Green Chana:blush:And jowar flour!!so its more healthy!!

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For dssi Falafal
  2. Green chana 2 cups
  3. Green chillies 5
  4. garlic cloves 7 to 8
  5. coriander seeds 2tsp
  6. Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
  7. cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  8. salt as per taste
  9. oil for frying
  10. For desi humms
  11. Green chana 1 cup
  12. Green chillies 4
  13. garlic cloves 6
  14. lemon 1/2
  15. Tahini paste 1Tbsp
  16. Groundnut oil 1 Tbsp
  17. salt as per taste
  18. For desi Pita bread
  19. jowar flour 2 cups
  20. Warm water 1/2 cup
  21. salt 1/2 tsp
  22. onion 1 medium chopped sliced
  23. tomato 1 medium chopped sliced
  24. cucumber 1 medium chopped sliced

Instructions

  1. For desi falafal Soak green chana in water for 12 hours.
  2. Now add soaked green chana and all ingredients for falafal in a blender.
  3. Grind coarsely with help of little water.
  4. Now make small cylinder shape of falafal.
  5. Deep fry all falafal in oil until it gets golden brown colour.
  6. For desi humms soak green chana for 12 hours in water and boil it until cooks completely.
  7. Again in a blender add boiled green chana ,green chilies,garlic,lemon juice,tahini paste,salt and make fine paste using water,same time add oil, slowly slowly.
  8. Desi Humms is ready!
  9. Now in a big flat late take jowar flour and add salt,warm water in it.
  10. Keep it for 10 minutes.
  11. Make small tennis ball shape balls of it.
  12. Sprinkle some jowar flour in a flat and make small puri size bhakri with help of fingers.
  13. Cook bhakri on a tava with applying little water on a top and cook for a minute.
  14. Now roast directly on gas flame.
  15. Desi pita bread is ready!
  16. Now arrange one small desi pita bread spread desi humms on it then chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped cucumber an finely desi Falafal.
  17. Fold it and tie with the help of toothpick inserted.
  18. Make all Desi Falafal Wrap same way and serve with humms!!:blush:
