About Sweet potato ravioli samosa Recipe

Sweet potato samosa is more tasty then regular samosa I made these samosas with wheat flour and make them in new pattern with sweet potato filling.they are yummy and pretty also, easy to make and healthy also.

Sweet potato ravioli samosa

Ingredients to make Sweet potato ravioli samosa

  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp carrom seeds
  • 2 teaspoon ghee
  • For filling-
  • 1 cup boiled sweet potato
  • 2 tablespoon boiled peas
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilli
  • 2 Tbsp coriander leaves
  • salt as per taste
  • Half teaspoon turmeric Powder
  • Half teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • half teaspoon fennel seeds powder
  • one teaspoon coriander seeds
  • One teaspoon jeera
  • one teaspoon oil
  • 1 tsp hing
  • Half teaspoon amchoor powder
  • oil for frying

How to make Sweet potato ravioli samosa

  1. Take wheat flour salt and oil in a Bowl
  2. rub oil in flour
  3. Make flour crumbly
  4. Add cartoon seeds and make dough
  5. Cover it for some time
  6. Till then heat oil in pan
  7. Add jeera,hing
  8. When jeera splutter add sweet pitayi and cook it
  9. Then add peas ginger and green chilli
  10. Add all spices
  11. Mix all of them and add coriander leaves
  12. Then take dough and roll down
  13. Cut small rounds with a small cookie cutter
  14. Add 1 tbsp filling on center of one round
  15. Apply water at sides of round
  16. Cover with other round and stick sides with each other
  17. Prick with fork
  18. Prepare all ravioli like that
  19. Fry them on low flame in oil
  20. Serve with chutney
  21. And enjoy these fusion ravioli sosa
