Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Broccoli - 250 gms
  2. garlic - 3-4 cloves
  3. ginger - 1/2 inch piece
  4. Fresh turmeric - 1/4 inch peice
  5. salt - to taste
  6. Black pepper - 1/2 teasp
  7. oil - 1/2 teasp
  8. Corriander stems n roots - 4-5 sticks
  9. sugar - a pinch


  1. Heat oil, keep on low heat, add roughly chopped garlic,ginger,fresh turmeric, corriander stems n roots n saute for 2-3 on very low heat. Then add washed n cleaned Brocoli n saute for another min. Add water n cook for 10 mins
  2. Cool the mixture, blend in the blender, put back in pan reheat adding salt n pepper and pinch of sugar
  3. Garnish with chopped bell pepper n crushed black pepper, serve with any fresh bread as accompliment
