This recipe is straight out of my mother's kitchen. It was originally a kitchen hack to making pizzas. It saves time, ingredients and is easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 4
4 white bread slices
1 small onion thinly sliced
1 small tomato thinly sliced
1 small bell pepper thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped olives
1 tablespoon pasta sauce
1 tablespoon fresh cream
1 tablespoon green chili sauce
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1/2 cup Parmesan
butter for greasing
olive oil for drizzling
Oregano and salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 200 degree centigrade. Grease the bread slices with butter. Mix 1 tablespoon pasta sauce, 1 tablespoon fresh cream, 1 tablespoon green chili sauce in a bowl.
Spread the mixture generously on each slice and sprinkle mozzarella on them. Now arrange vegetables of your choice and top up with leftover mozzarella.
Drizzle a little olive oil on each slice. Sprinkle oregano, salt and parmesan. Cook on a grill for a minute or two until cheese turns golden.
