About Tangy cheesy rice muffins(biriyani flavour) Recipe

Everybody likes to eat biriyani. Sometimes a school going kids demands they like to have their tiffin or lunch with biriyani, but in our busy schedule we cannot make such biriyani for the method of cooking is so lengthy and difficult also. When my daughter went to school I faced the situation several times,then I prepared the rice muffins with tangy saucy & biriyani flavour for her lunch box in a short time. It's one of my innovative dish for her lunch box. The recipe is full nutritional & delicious also for lunch .

Tangy cheesy rice muffins(biriyani flavour)

Ingredients to make Tangy cheesy rice muffins(biriyani flavour)

  • 1st step -For cooking chicken :
  • chicken keema 100 grams
  • Chopped onion 3 tablespoon
  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  • salt as per taste
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  • butter 1 tablespoon
  • Boiled soybean 3-4 tablespoon (optional)
  • Sahi biriyani masala 1 tablespoon
  • Sweet essence(mitha atar)2-3 drops
  • 2nd step -For rice muffins :
  • Cooked rice 2 bowls(150 grams uncooked rice)
  • Chopped onion 2 tablespoon
  • spring onion 2 tablespoon
  • eggs 3
  • Green peas 2 tablespoon
  • Chopped coriander 1 tablespoon
  • flour 2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • salt as per taste
  • butter 2 tablespoon
  • Cheese 1/2 cup (4cube cheese)
  • 3rd step -For tangy tomato sauce or gravy:
  • tomatoes 2 large size
  • Hot N sweet tomato sauce 2 tablespoon
  • cloves of garlic 2
  • sugar 1 tablespoon
  • salt as per taste
  • chilli powder 1 teaspoon

How to make Tangy cheesy rice muffins(biriyani flavour)

  1. Step 1 process : melt butter in a pan then add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and saute it
  2. Then add chicken keema , salt, turmeric, black pepper and stir for 5 minutes.
  3. Add boiled soybeans and 1/2 cup of water bring it to boiled for cooked the chicken keema properly.
  4. Then add sahi biriyani masala & sweet essence(mitha atar)mix it well and turn of the gas burner.
  5. Step 2 process : take cooked rice, all the green coloured vegetables(spring onion,green peas,chopped coriander) chopped onion,salt, cooked chicken keema, butter in a bowl and mix it well.
  6. Then add eggs, flour, baking powder and 1/4 cup grated cheese(keep aside, rest of the cheese for muffins toppings) , mixed gently with the mixture of rice.
  7. Brushed the silicon muffins mould with butter, set in a baking pan then poured the mould with rice mixture.
  8. Then topped with rest of the grated cheese and sprinkled some biriyani masala.
  9. Then poured 1/3 part hot water into the baking pan
  10. Then pre heat the microwave in a 200 degrees convection mode for 10 minutes
  11. Then bake the rice muffins in 200 degrees convection mode for 25 minutes.
  12. Step 3 process : while baking the muffins I prepared the tangy sauce,
  13. Sink tomatoes in a boiled water for 3-4 minutes after that peel the outer skins of tomatoes.
  14. Then make a smooth paste of tomatoes along with garlic cloves in a mixer.
  15. Then heat a pan in a gas stove
  16. Then add smooth paste of tomatoes and all the tangy sauces ingredients.
  17. Add little water to the gravy and boiled it either or so liquid form nor so thickened form
  18. Tangy sauce or gravy is ready, and turn off the stove burner.
  19. After 25 minutes while baked the muffins, de mould it from the moulds and put it on a plate.
  20. Spred and topped with tangy sauce or gravy upon the yummy biriyani flavoured cheesy rice muffins.
  21. Sprinkle some chopped coriander for garnish
  22. Then ready to serve the biriyani flavoured tangy cheesy rice muffins

My Tip:

If you don't have any time for making tangy sauce gravy then tried with readymade tangy spicy tomato sauce.
