Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Suji 150 gms
  2. 1cup curd
  3. Chopped coriander half cup
  4. Salt half tsp
  5. Cumin seeds half tsp
  6. Finely chopped chilli 1tsp
  7. Baking soda 1/2tsp
  8. For aloo curry::
  9. Boiled smashed potatoes 2
  10. Chopped onion 1 medium
  11. Chilli powder half tsp
  12. Oil 2tsp
  13. Mustard seeds half tsp
  14. Salt half tsp
  15. Turmeric powder half tsp
  16. For tadaka::1tsp mustard seeds
  17. Oil 2tsp
  18. Curry leaves 1/4cup
  19. Chilli slices 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Let's prepare dokla batter::in a large bowl
  2. Put suji pour curd add salt,cumin,chilli ,baking soda
  3. Mix well all those ingredientes rest at 15mins
  4. For curry;:heat the fring pan pour oil
  5. Add tempering mustard,cumin seeds when it's splits
  6. Add onion slices keep fri it
  7. When onions turns transparent add mashed potatoes
  8. Add seasoning chilli powder,turmeric,salt,cumin,garma masala powder
  9. Mix well stuffed curry is ready keep a side
  10. Take a deep shaped pot bowl grease oil on bottom
  11. Pour already prepared suji dokla batter
  12. Placed aloo masala curry on top of batter like as layer
  13. Again cover dokla batter on top of pot
  14. Steam this stuffed pot at 15mins
  15. Mean while ::heat the another pan add oil
  16. Put mustard seeds,curry leaves,chilli slices when it's splits
  17. This tadaka add to top of dokla
  18. Ready to serve with mint chutney
  19. This is best combination looking good
