ABOUT Cookies with italian tadka form of tarts RECIPE

In this recipe i made tarts from cookie dough then spread it with cheese paste and filled it with italian white sauce gravy and lots of cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For cookies tarts:
  2. one cup all purpose flour
  3. half cup powdered sugar
  4. half cup chilled butter
  5. 2 tbsp chilled milk
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. for white sauce gravy:
  8. 2 tablespoon all purpose flour
  9. 2 tablespoon butter
  10. 1 cup milk
  11. to taste salt
  12. one fourth teaspoon black pepper powder
  13. 1 cup chopped colourful bell peppers
  14. half cup boiled sweet corn
  15. 1 chopped spring onion
  16. 1 tablespoon black olives
  17. four cheese paste:
  18. 1 cube grated processed cheese
  19. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  20. 2 tbsp butter
  21. Some oregano for sprinkle
  22. some Chilli flakes for Sprinkle
  23. Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. To make cookies dough , add all purpose flour, salt and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add butter and mix it well, add milk and knead a dough.
  3. cover it with clingpaper and keep it in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
  4. Then roll the dough with the help of rolling pin, arrange it in greeced mini tarts mould and pricks it with the help of fork.
  5. Bake all the tarts in preheated oven at 170d for 20 to 25 minutes
  6. For cheese paste mix tomato sauce,butter and cheese in a bowl.
  7. To make White sauce heat butter in nonstick pan, add all purpose flour, continue stir it. Then add milk slowly, add salt and black pepper and mix it well.
  8. Add spring onion bell peppers and sweet corns and mix it well.
  9. To serve, take a cookie tart on baking tray, spread cheese paste, fill white sauce gravy, sprinkle some oregano and chili flakes then put mozzarella cheese, bake it for 5 minutes on 170d.
  10. Serve it with tomato sauce
