Ingredients to make Cookies with italian tadka form of tarts

  • For cookies tarts:
  • one cup all purpose flour
  • half cup powdered sugar
  • half cup chilled butter
  • 2 tbsp chilled milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • for white sauce gravy:
  • 2 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • to taste salt
  • one fourth teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 cup chopped colourful bell peppers
  • half cup boiled sweet corn
  • 1 chopped spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon black olives
  • four cheese paste:
  • 1 cube grated processed cheese
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Some oregano for sprinkle
  • some chilli flakes for Sprinkle
  • Mozzarella cheese

How to make Cookies with italian tadka form of tarts

  1. To make cookies dough , add all purpose flour, salt and powdered sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add butter and mix it well, add milk and knead a dough.
  3. cover it with clingpaper and keep it in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
  4. Then roll the dough with the help of rolling pin, arrange it in greeced mini tarts mould and pricks it with the help of fork.
  5. Bake all the tarts in preheated oven at 170d for 20 to 25 minutes
  6. For cheese paste mix tomato sauce,butter and cheese in a bowl.
  7. To make White sauce heat butter in nonstick pan, add all purpose flour, continue stir it. Then add milk slowly, add salt and black pepper and mix it well.
  8. Add spring onion bell peppers and sweet corns and mix it well.
  9. To serve, take a cookie tart on baking tray, spread cheese paste, fill white sauce gravy, sprinkle some oregano and chili flakes then put mozzarella cheese, bake it for 5 minutes on 170d.
  10. Serve it with tomato sauce
