Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida-100 gm
  2. Butter-100 gm
  3. Icing sugar-100gm
  4. Baking soda a pinch
  5. Baking powder-1tsp
  6. Keasar some strands
  7. Milk -1/2cup
  8. Badam-1/2cup chopped

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add butter ,sugar beat till fluffy
  2. Now add flour ,baking soda,baking powder
  3. Add kesar milk and remaining milk
  4. Mix the cake batter nicely in one side
  5. Add chopped badam ,cream mix it.
  6. Frosting:-
  7. Take a bowl add hung curd, kesar milk, sugar mix n shikhandi s ready
  8. Now add whipped cream in shrikhand and beat till stiff peaks are comes out
  9. Frosting fil in piping bag
  10. Remove Cup cakes from oven and keep it cool
  11. Decorate cupcakes with shri khand icing or sprinkle badam
  12. Chill it and serve any party or any occasion.
