Mexican cuisine is always spice lovers' choice. This Indian aromatic touch along with super hot mexican sauces and seasonings makes this dish extremely appetising. Try this droolicious Indo Mexican Chicken amd make your parties a super duper hit .

chicken drumsticks 7
Jalapeno sauce 2 tablespoons
Hot Chipotle sauce 1/2 cup
Mexican oregano 1 tablespoon
yogurt 1 cup
onion thick paste 3 tablespoons
ginger Garlic paste 2 tablespoon
Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
coriander powder 3/4 teaspoon
cumin powder 1 tablespoons
salt 1.5 teaspoons or as prefered
Kasuri methi / dry fenugreek leaves a fistful crushed
cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon
clove powder 1/4 teaspoon
nutmeg powder 1/4 teaspoon
butter 2 tablespoons
Cooking oil 1/4 cup
lime juice 1 tablespoon

Instructions

Firstly in a wide bowl , take half of the whisked yogurt.
Then add the paste items one by one.
Add the sauces.
Add all the dry powders.
Add dried fenugreek leaves .
Add the Mexican oregano.
Add salt .
Add the remaining ingredients except oil , butter and remaining yogurt.
Mix the ingredients well .
When required to adjust masala , add the remaining yogurt.
Make Slits on the chicken drumsticks before marination .
Marinate the chicken drumsticks in the marinade for 5 hours under refrigeration . If prefered , go for overnight marination .
Heat oil for grilling in a grill pan .
Add in the butter .
Place the marinated chicken drumsticks along with the marinade on the hot grill pan .
Slow grill for 15 to 20 minutes . Inbetween keep flipping the chicken for even grilling.
When chicken looks grilled with a rich colour , remove from the heat .
Indo Mexican Fusion Chicken ( Tandoori style ) is ready. Serve hot .
