This a fusion recipe.rabri is a traditional bengali sweet,base make with oreo biscuits

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For RABRI
  2. Full fat milk 500ml
  3. Sugar 7-8tbsp
  4. Cardamon powder 1/2tsp
  5. Pista powder 1/2tsp
  6. Almond powder 1/2tsp
  7. Cashew powder 1/2
  8. Cornflour 1/2tsp
  9. Milk 2 tsp
  10. for base
  11. Oreo biscuits 12- 15pc
  12. Melted butter 50gram
  13. Rabdi 3/4th cup
  14. Curd 2-3tbsp
  15. Milkmaid 2 tbsp
  16. Cardmaon powder 1/4 tsp
  17. all purpose flour 1tsp
  18. Cornflour 1/2tsp
  19. FOR GARNISH
  20. Pista 2 -3
  21. Almond 2-3
  22. SILVER WARQ

Instructions

  1. For rabri take heavy bottom pan add milk,sugar,and cardamom powder mix together and on the flame of gas
  2. Let the milk boil on high flame
  3. Once it's boil bring the flame to medium and pull the creamy layers aside
  4. Boil milk till it comes down to one third quantity
  5. In a small add cornflour and milk and give it a good mix and add into the milk mixture
  6. Boil for 2 to 3 minute as we need for this recipe dry rabri
  7. In between add pista almond cashew powder and stir it off the flame
  8. Let it cool down completely
  9. Pour it into a bowl and scrapes off the cream from the edges
  10. Add the cream into the milk and light stir it
  11. Chill it completely for set
  12. Now it's time for base. First scoop the cream from oreo biscuits
  13. Take baking tin and line buttom with foil paper.like this
  14. Grind the cookies into fine powder and transfer in bowl and add melted butter mix well
  15. Line the prepared tin with ground cookies mixture and leave it in fridge until 2nd layer prepared
  16. Preheat oven at 180℃
  17. Grind the rabdi to make a smooth mixture .Transfer it another bowl
  18. Add curd and milkmaid to the rabdi mixture .Mix and add cardamom powder ,flour and cornflour and whisk well.
  19. Pour the rabdi mixture over the lined tin
  20. Tap twice and cover it with foil paper and place on baking bowl.fill the bowl with some water.
  21. Put the bowl in preheated oven nad bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  22. Remove from oven nad bring down to room temperature.refrigarate for 2 to 3 hours and demould
  23. Garnish with silver sarq
  24. Cut in wedges
  25. In a serving plate garnish with some pistachio and almond and serve cold.
