Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pasta 1 cup
  2. Milk 1/2 litre
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped dry fruits 1 tablespoon
  5. APF or Maida 1 cup
  6. Powder Sugar 3/4th Cup
  7. Cocco Powder 1 Tablespoon
  8. Vanilla essence 2 teaspoons
  9. Baking soda 1 teaspoon
  10. Milk 1 cup
  11. Oil 1/2 cup
  12. Strawberries 1 pack

Instructions

  1. For Payasam, boil pasta in 3-4 cups of water till soft
  2. Remove hot water from cooked pasta
  3. Boil milk, sugar with cooked pasta and chopped dry fruits , till mixture comes to half of its original quantity
  4. Switch off heat and allow it to cool completely
  5. For chocolate cake, first of all, sift APF , baking soda, powder sugar , cocco powder atleast two to three times
  6. In a mixing bowl take milk, oil and vanilla essence and beat well till fluffy
  7. Add sifted flour in it and mix gently
  8. By the time preheat oven and geese the mould with some oil
  9. Pour the ready cake batter in greased mould and microwave for 8-10 minutes on highest temperature .
  10. Allow it to cool completely
  11. Cut strawberries and keep aside
  12. For arranging pudding, take serving glasses
  13. Cut chocolate cake in small peices
  14. Drop few peices of cake in bottom of glass
  15. Now give layering of ready pasta payasam
  16. Now arrange chopped strawberries
  17. Alternatively repeat the process 2-3 times
  18. Refrigerate the glasses and serve chilled
  19. Enjoy endlessly yummy fusion of pasta payasam truffle pudding
