ABOUT Rabdi Prantha RECIPE

Rabdi paratha is very famous in Delhi paratha wali Gali. It's very yummy and delicious sweet paratha. My all time favourite prantha.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. ½ litre milk
  2. ½ cup sugar
  3. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  4. 2 cup wheat flour
  5. 1 cup water for dough
  6. 2 cup pure ghee for frying

Instructions

  1. In a wok add milk and stir continuously until the thick consistency.
  2. Now milk reduces in half quantity add sugar and cardamom powder mix well.
  3. Transfer the rabdi in a bowl.
  4. In a bowl add wheat flour and water knead the dough.
  5. After 15 minutes make a small ball from dough.
  6. Roll with rolling pin and fill rabdi in half area fold and edges press with fork it.
  7. In a wok add ghee and heat it.
  8. Frying the rabdi paratha in puree ghee on medium heat until golden.
  9. Our rabdi paratha is ready to serve.
