Ingredients to make Fruit Fiesta

  • pineapple chunks - 1/2 cup
  • Orange segments - 1/2 cups
  • Halved fresh strawberries - 1/2 cup
  • Seedless black and green grapes - 1/2 cup
  • Cantaloupe chunks - 1/2 cup
  • banana sliced - 1
  • Kiwi sliced - 1
  • mango Cubed- 1
  • ½ tsp - fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp - orange juice
  • 1 tbsp - honey
  • Fresh mint leaves washed and crushed - a few
  • 1 cup - yoghurt
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2-3 tsp powdered sugar (optional)

How to make Fruit Fiesta

  1. In a big bowl add all fruit, and mix well
  2. To make the dressing whisk lemon juice, orange juice, crushed mint leaves and honey together in a small bowl and drizzle over the fruit mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Take yogurt in a bowl and add cardamom powder and powder sugar (optional) mix it well
  4. Now take a bowl and add a layer of fruits then a layer of yogurt whip and then another layer of fruits and yogurt whip
  5. Add a final layer of fruits and garnish it with mint leaves
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
