Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Oats 1 cups
  2. Sprouts 1 cups
  3. Gram Flour 1 cups
  4. Bread Slices 12 nos
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  7. Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  8. Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
  9. Chopped Green Chili 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a mixer jar add oats, sprouts and water to make a paste.
  2. In a bowl add oats, sprouts paste, gram flour, garlic, chillies, cumin seeds, salt, red chilli and mix well.
  3. Add some water and mix again.
  4. Cut each bread slice into four equal parts.
  5. Dip in batter and shallow fry on nonstick Tawa.
  6. Enjoy with tomato ketchup.
