Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 Cups Hung Curd
  2. 1 1/2 Cup Honey
  3. 1/4th tsp cardamom powder
  4. 2 tsp Chironji
  5. 1 Orange, Peeled
  6. 2 Kiwi Fruit, Cut into Wedges
  7. 1 Pear, Peeled and cut into cubes
  8. 1 Apple, Peeled and cut into cubes
  9. 1 Banana, Cut into slices
  10. 1 Plum, Cut into slices
  11. 1 Cinnamon stick
  12. 1 tsp Jaggery (Gud)
  13. 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  14. Chocolate sauce for garnishing
  15. Toasted chopped Almonds and Pistachios

Instructions

  1. Making of Shrikhand : In a bowl using a strainer add the hung curd to get a smooth texture. Add the honey, cardamom powder and chironji and fold everything together.
  2. Keep the shrikhand in refrigerator to get chill.
  3. Stew Fruits : In a pan add the chopped apples and pear cut into cubes. Add the cinnamon stick, water, jaggery and lemon juice. Stew for few mins to get the fruits a bit soft.
  4. Assembling : Use chocolate sauce to make decoration of your choice.
  5. Start assembling first the stewed fruits apple and pear.
  6. Next, Orange and kiwi wedges into the plate. Bananas and followed by plum and other fruits.
  7. Remove the shrikhand from the freeze once chilled and with the help of piping bag, pipe out the shrikhand and decorate as per your choice.
  8. Add in some chopped toasted nuts.
  9. Lastly, use a rasberry puree or you can also use a Jam to garnish.
