Its a wonderful dessert.pannacotta its basically italian dish but today we make it indian form with motichur laddu and basundi

Motichur basundi pannacotta

Ingredients to make Motichur basundi pannacotta

  • For 1st and last layer u need
  • Motichur laddu 4pc (slightly crushed)
  • For 2nd layer u need
  • Full fat milj 2cuo
  • Keshar 1/2tsp
  • pistachio 1 tsp
  • cardamom powder 1/4tsp
  • almond powder 1/2cup
  • Milkmaid 1/2tin
  • Gelatine 2 tsp
  • Warm water 4 tsp
  • For garnish
  • Silver warq
  • pista powder

How to make Motichur basundi pannacotta

  1. 1st we make basundi pannacotta
  2. Take a heavy button pan and add milk.
  3. Milk should be hot do not boil it
  4. When milk become hot add pista chio,Carmon powder,almond powder,and mix well on low flame
  5. At this stage continue stiring it otherwise milk start sticking on buttom of pan
  6. Meanwhile in small bowl add warm water and gelatine mix. Well and keep aside
  7. When milk reduce one third add milkmaid and whisk well
  8. After that add gelatine mixture into milk ,continue stiring until gelatine mix well with the milk.and switch off the flame
  9. Bring to milk mixture in room temperatureand our basundi layer is ready
  10. Now take a mousse glass add crushed moricher laddu and gently press
  11. Now add basundi layer on top of moricher laddu layer
  12. Now put the mousse glasses in to the fridge for an hour or until basundi is set
  13. After that add last layer of this.add some crushed morichur laddu
  14. Garnish with some pista powder and silver warq
  15. Served chilled

My Tip:

If you need more sweet taste then add some spoonfull of sugar
