Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Fine gram flour 1 cup
  2. Sour buttermilk 3 cup full
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Asafoetida 1/2 tsp
  5. Green Chilli paste 1 tsp
  6. Ginger Paste 1 Tsp
  7. For stuffing :-
  8. Peanut butter 1/2 cup
  9. lemon juice 1/2 lemon
  10. salt 1/4 tsp
  11. chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  12. Grated Coconut 1/2 cup
  13. for Tadka :-
  14. oil 2 tbsp
  15. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  16. Hing 1/2 tsp
  17. Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  18. For garnish :-
  19. Grated coconut 1tsp
  20. Pomegranate pearls 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP GRAM FLOUR, ADD 1/2 TSP SALT
  2. ADD 1/4 TSP TUMERIC POWDER, 1/2 TSP ASAFOETIDA
  3. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF GINGER & GREEN CHILLI PASTE
  4. ADD 3 CUPS SOUR BUTTERMILK, WHISK WELL
  5. MAKE A SMOOTH, FLOWY BATTER
  6. POUR THE BATTER INTO A HOT NONSTICK PAN
  7. STIR CONTINUOUSLY & COOK FOR 5-7 MINS
  8. THE MIXTURE WILL START TURNING THICK LIKE THIS
  9. CONTINUE TO STIR & COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 7-8 MINS
  10. CHECK THE BATTER BY SPREADING IT ON THE BACK OF A PLATE, IT IS NOW READY TO SPREAD
  11. POUR THE BATTER ON A FLAT SURFACE
  12. SPREAD IT EVENLY LIKE THIS
  13. ALLOW IT TO COOL FOR 2-3 MINS
  14. FOR THE STUFFING : TAKE SUNDROP PEANUT BUTTER
  15. TAKE 1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
  16. ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE, 1/4 TSP SALT
  17. MIX INTO A SMOOTH PASTE, SET ASIDE
  18. MARK THE COOLED KHANDVI SHEET WITH CUTS
  19. ADD SOME READY PEANUT BUTTER MIX ON TOP
  20. SPREAD IT EVENLY LIKE THIS
  21. SPRINKLE A HANDFUL OF CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER & GRATED COCONUT
  22. NOW START ROLLING THE KHANDVI
  23. ROLL THEM ALL IN THE SAME MANNER, SET ASIDE
  24. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS, 4-5 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES
  25. ADD 1/2 TSP ASAFOETIDA, 1 TBSP SESAME SEEDS
  26. POUR THIS TADKA ON THE KHANDVI
  27. SPRINKLE SOME GRATED COCONUT & POMEGRANATE SEEDS ON TOP, SERVE
