ABOUT Ragi porridge RECIPE

Ragi is also called finger millet in english ,nachni in marathi.Consumption of these grains helps to keep the bones strong.It provides all the healthy nutrients.Hence is a healthy recipe for babies to aged.R agi can be cosumed in different forms also like: as in a idli or dosa or biscuits or cakes or puddings etc

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 tbsp ragi flour
  2. 1/2 cup Milk
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 2Tbsp jaggery
  5. 1tsp choclate syrup or cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. In a pan take milk and water.mix well.A dd ragi flour and continuously stir .Add nuts powder,jaggery and mix well.Cook for 2-3 minutes.Add cardamom powder ,choclate syrup and serve hot.
