ABOUT Peas Corn Pulao RECIPE

Rice with peas and sweet corn cooked in very little oil. Very easy and quick recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basmati Rice - 1 cup
  2. Peas 100 gms
  3. Sweet Corn 100 gms
  4. Bay leaves 3-4
  5. Cardamom 3-4
  6. Sunflower oil 1-2 tsp
  7. Butter 1 tablespoon
  8. Black peeper 1/2 tablespoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Sugar 1/2 tsp


  1. Soak the rice for 30 minutes and then boil it.
  2. Boil the sweet corn and peas for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and then add butter to it.
  4. Fry the cardamom and bay leaves in them.
  5. Add the sweet corn and peas to it and saute for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the boiled rice and mix the whole thing. Next add black pepper, salt and saute according to taste.
  7. Mix the whole thing properly and serve hot.
