ABOUT Babycorn Mushroom Masala RECIPE

Mushroom and Babycorn stir fried together.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gms Mushrooms, sliced
  2. 10 Baby corns, chopped
  3. 3 tbsp Oil
  4. 2 Onions, chopped
  5. 1 tsp Coriander (dhania) powder
  6. 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  7. 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  8. 2 Tomatoes
  9. 5 Garlic cloves
  10. 1 Stick Cinnamon
  11. 5 Cloves

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions, coriander powder, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, tomatoes and garlic and saute for 5 minutes.
  2. Cool and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  3. Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadhai, add the ground masala and saute till the oil seperates from the masala.
  4. Add the mushrooms and babycorn and saute, adding sufficient water and salt, mix well and cover and cook till they turn soft and tender.
