Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup peas
  2. 1 glass pressed rice (poha)
  3. 1 number chopped onion
  4. 1 tea spoon oil
  5. 1 tea spoon mustard seeds
  6. Quarter tea spoon turmeric
  7. Half tea spoon salt
  8. Half tea spoon suger
  9. Half lemon juice
  10. 1 tea spoon poha masala
  11. Haldi ram bhujia for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Boil peas
  2. Soak pressed rice for 2 minuts and drain water
  3. Heat oil in a work.put mustard seeds turmeric poha boiled peas salt suger and mix well.
  4. In the last sprinkle lemon juice
  5. Place in a dish garnish with poha masala haldi ram sev and chopped onion.
