Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato 2 cups
  2. Chana Dal 1 tsp
  3. Urad dal 1 tsp
  4. Peanut 2 tsp
  5. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  6. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  7. Salt as needed
  8. Turmeric pinch
  9. Potato chopped 1 cup
  10. Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
  11. Beans 1/4 cup
  12. Green chilli 2
  13. Oil 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Firstly chopped the vegetables
  2. Now take the poha and soak it in water
  3. Now take a pan and add oil
  4. When the oil is hot add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chanadal, urad Dal,peanuts and fry them well
  5. Now add turmeric and green chilli
  6. Once it is fried add chopped vegetables and cook for couple of minutes
  7. Now add salt and mix well
  8. Now add soaked poha and mix well and serve it hot....
