Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup rice
  2. 1/2 cup moong dal
  3. 1/4 cup ghee
  4. 3-4 black pepper
  5. Water as needed
  6. Turmeric pinch
  7. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  8. Salt as needed
  9. Urad Dal 1tsp
  10. Hing 2 pinches
  11. Green chilli finely chopped 2
  12. Ginger finely chopped 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Firstly soak the rice. And moong Dal for 15 minutes
  2. Now add enough water,salt to it
  3. Add turmeric, peppercorns, cumin seeds and keep lid and keep whistle until it is finely smashed
  4. Now take out lid and add water if needed and smash well
  5. Now take a tadhka pan. And add ghee cumin seeds, urad Dal,peppercorns and fry well
  6. Now add chopped green chilli and ginger,hing and fry well and add to the mixture and. Mix well and serve it very very hot with Sambar and peanut chutney
