ABOUT Stuff Rawa Idli RECIPE

Idli is part of south Indian Cusion. Usually people enjoy it in lunch with Sambhar. But stuff idli tastes very nice in breakfast. It is full of nutritions.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 tea Cup Semolina
  2. 1 Tea Cup curd
  3. 2 Spoon oil
  4. 2 Spoon peanuts
  5. 1 Tsp Black Musturd
  6. 1 Pinch Heeng
  7. 1 Tsp salt
  8. 1/2 tomato fine chopped
  9. 4 Tbl Spoon Green peas
  10. 2 Green chillis fine chopped.
  11. 1 Spoon coriander
  12. Eno / 1 Tsp Baking Soda

Instructions

  1. Firstly dry roast Semolina in a pan.
  2. Now dry roast peanuts.
  3. Add oil in a pan and heat it.
  4. Now add black mustard and heeng to roast.
  5. Add finely chopped tomatoes and green chillis and roast finely.
  6. Add roasted semolina/ Semolina and mix well.
  7. Till now roasted peanuts will be cool so remove its upper skin. It is very harmful to your body.
  8. Add peanuts and salt in Semolina and mix well again.
  9. Turn off the flame and let it cool.
  10. Now add curd in it and mix well. There should be no lumps.
  11. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  12. In a big vessel add 2 glass of water to boil.
  13. put a Trivet on it like, the upper layer of trivet should not touch to water like making dhokla.
  14. Grease a tin inside with oil.
  15. Add 1 Tsp Eno or Baking soda in the batter. Mix well.
  16. Transfer the batter in greased tin.
  17. Garnish with green coriander.
  18. Put the tin on trivet.
  19. Keep the flame medium.
  20. Cover the vessel with lid for 20 minutes.
  21. After 20 minutes check with toothpick. If it is clean then idli is ready.
  22. Cut in to slices.
  23. Idli is ready to serve.
