Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250 Gram Chickpeas
  2. 2 Bay leaves
  3. 2 Black Cardamom
  4. 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  5. 5 Black Pepper
  6. 1 Green Cardamom
  7. 4 Cloves
  8. 1 Cinamon Stick
  9. 1 Spoon Tea
  10. 2 Spoon Oil
  11. 2 Tomatos
  12. 7-8 Green Chillis
  13. 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  14. 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  15. 1 Pinch Heeng
  16. 1 Spoon Garam Masala
  17. 1 Spoon Salt
  18. 250 Gram Refiend Flour
  19. 1 Spoon Smolina
  20. 1 Tsp Sugar
  21. 1/2 Tsp Salt
  22. 2 Spoon Curd
  23. Oil for frying and other

Instructions

  1. Soak chickpeas overnight or 7-8 hours in half kg of water.
  2. In a pan add tea leaves in 1/2 glass of water to boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain this water in a glass.
  4. Transfer chickpeas in the cooker.
  5. In a muslin cloth put Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cloves, Cinamon Sticks and make a tie.
  6. Add baking soda, muslin cloth knot and water of tea leaves..
  7. Cook it for 2 whistles.
  8. Let is release the pressure for itself.
  9. Grind tomatoes and green chillis and make a fine paste.
  10. In a pan add 2 spoon oil and heat it.
  11. Add cumin seeds, heeng, red chilli powder and roast well.
  12. Now add tomato paste and roast it.
  13. Now add salt and garam masala and mix well.
  14. Add boiled chickpeas and boil them for 5 minutes.
  15. Garnish with green coriander.
  16. In a big bowl add refined flour, semolina, baking soda, salt, curd, sugar and oil.
  17. Mix all the ingredients well.
  18. Knead the very very soft dough.
  19. Cover it with wet cotton cloth for 20-30 minutes.
  20. Now make balls with the dough.
  21. Heat oil for frying.
  22. Spread the ball with rolling pin.
  23. fry into oil till it becomes crispy.
  24. Chhole Bhatoore are ready.
