ABOUT Cheese Paratha RECIPE

Since we make different varieties of paratha. I have given a twist by adding cheese and paneer. I have added spices to it like oregano, chilli flakes to give a flavor to my paratha.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 slab paneer smashed
  2. 1 slab mozzarella cheese grated
  3. 2 to 3 green chillies, chopped
  4. 1 tsp Oregano
  5. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Coriander chopped
  8. 1 cup wheat flour
  9. Oil as required
  10. Pinch of garam masala powder
  11. 1 tbsp rice flour

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add wheat flour, rice flour, pinch of salt and make a dough by gradually adding some water. Wrap it up in a muslin cloth for 4 hours.
  2. In a plate add grated paneer, cheese, salt, green chillies chopped, coriander chopped, oregano, red chilli flakes and mix well.
  3. Roll out a piece of dough like a roti shape then add the stuffing inside it. Fold it and roll it again in a roti shape.
  4. Take a non stick pan and add a drop of oil and spread it all over. Add the roti and shallow fry it on both the sides.
  5. Serve hot with your choice of sauce or dip.
