Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cups besan ( Bengal Gram)
  2. 1/2 cup ghee
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 2 tbsp powdered cardamom
  5. Few cashew nuts and almonds( finely chopped)


  1. Melt the ghee in a broad kadai
  2. Pour besan into the melted ghee. Keep stirring for 20 mins. Earlier the besan would be of thick and gooey texture then gradually it will become soft and easy to stir.
  3. After the besan starts leaving nutty fragrance and golden brown colour add the cardamom powder and nuts. Switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
  4. After it cools down add sugar and mix well. Combine them to make laddoos. Voila its done.:yum::yum:
