Ingredients to make Cheesy Pasta with Pav Bhaji flavours

  • 1 1/2 cup spiral pasta
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 onion, sliced
  • 1 potato, cubed
  • 1 capsicum, sliced
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato puri
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 - 1 cup
  • oil 2 tsp
  • 2 tsp Pav Bhaji masala
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • 4 tsp tomato ketchup

How to make Cheesy Pasta with Pav Bhaji flavours

  1. First boil pasta with a little salt and one spoon oil and strain.
  2. In a pan, add oil, ginger garlic paste and stir. Do not over cook.
  3. Add sliced onion and saute. Add all vegetables keep stirring add salt, chilli flakes, black pepper, oregano, soya sauce, tomato puri and stir. Add pav bhaji masala. Grate mozzarella cheese over it.
  4. Add the boiled pasta and mix well.
  5. Add more mozzarella at the time of serving. Serve hot.

My Tip:

To avoid sticknss of pasta wash it after boiling
