It is a fusion dish of Italian and Indian pav bhaji flavours.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 1/2 cup spiral pasta
  2. 1 carrot, sliced
  3. 2 Onion, sliced
  4. 1 potato, cubed
  5. 1 Capsicum, sliced
  6. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1/2 cup Tomato, chopped
  8. 1/2 cup tomato puri
  9. salt as per taste
  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  11. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  12. 1/2 tsp Oregano
  13. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 - 1 cup
  14. oil 2 tsp
  15. 2 tsp Pav Bhaji masala
  16. 2 tsp soya sauce
  17. 4 tsp tomato ketchup


  1. First boil pasta with a little salt and one spoon oil and strain.
  2. In a pan, add oil, ginger garlic paste and stir. Do not over cook.
  3. Add sliced onion and saute. Add all vegetables keep stirring add salt, chilli flakes, black pepper, oregano, soya sauce, tomato puri and stir. Add pav bhaji masala. Grate mozzarella cheese over it.
  4. Add the boiled pasta and mix well.
  5. Add more mozzarella at the time of serving. Serve hot.
