Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. All purpose flour 1cup maida minus 1 tbsp maida
  2. 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  3. 30 gms curd
  4. 1 tsp vinegar
  5. 1 pinch salt
  6. 2 tsp red raspberry colour
  7. 1/2 tsp soda bicarb
  8. 200 gms condensed milk
  9. 60 ml butter
  10. 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Combime condensed milk, butter and vanilla essence.
  2. Add red colour, cocoa powder and salt
  3. Mix curd with 40 ml water, vinegar and soda. For better result mix soda after all the steps are done.
  4. Add all the above into mixture
  5. Add maida slowly into the mixture
  6. Pour into greased mould and bake for 20 mins in a preheated oven at 180°c
  7. Check with a knife and if done then invert it onto a rack and cool
  8. Frost it with cream cheese mixed into whipped cream
