Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Urad dal 2 cups
  2. Chopped onion 1
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Oil to deep fry
  5. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  6. Daniya seeds 2 tsp
  7. 4 green chilli chopped
  8. Water as needed

Instructions

  1. Firstly take urad dal and soak it in water
  2. Soak it for 4-5 hours
  3. Now grind it into a fine paste and take it into a bowl
  4. In that bowl add chopped onions and green chilli
  5. Now add enough salt
  6. Add cumin and crushed Daniya seeds and mix it thoroughly
  7. Now keep Kasai on stove and pour oil and heat it
  8. Once the oil is hot add vada and deep fry until it is golden brown and serve
