Paneer paratha is a traditional breakfast recipe,tasty and yummy paratha

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2cup wheat flour
  2. 200gm paneer
  3. 3 to 4 tbsp ghee
  4. 3 to 4 tbsp coriander leaf
  5. 1tbsp mango powder
  6. 1/2tbsp garam masala
  7. 2green chilli finely chopped
  8. 1/2tbsp red chilli powder
  9. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  10. 1onion finely chopped
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. 1) Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl add salt,ghee to it.mix well add water in a small portions and knead a soft dough. Keep the dough aaise for 20 to 25 min.to set
  2. 2) finely chopped green chilli,red chilli powder,finely chopped chori ander leaf ,mango powder,onion chopped,garam masala and salt to taste and mix it well.
  3. 3) when 20min.are done,greese your with little ghee squash and dough a bit.
  4. 4) to make paratha by the first way break a lump from the dough make a round ball the give peda like shape.coat in dry flour.roll it out 4 to 5 inch in dia meter.meanwhile put the tawa to heat up.
  5. 5) place 2 to 3 tap stuffing over the roiled out oaratha,close the stuffing by lifing from all sides
  6. 6) press with palm to spread stuffing evenly.then coat it with dry flour again.roll it out from the edges.keep thick 6 to 7 inch in dia meter.
  7. 7) put little ghee on non stick tawa spread evenly.put the paratha to roast on the tawa.keep the flame medium let the paratha slighthy roast spots appers.roll other paratha like wise .When paratha have brown spots flip them,apply ghee on both sides and roast well.once roasted lift the paratha and put it over the bowl placed on the plate.
  8. 8) yummy and delicious paneer paratha are ready serve with curd and tomato ketchup
