Moong dal fritters is traditional recipe from ( mp). especially its prepared by in any occasion in breakfast.its crunchy crispy taste goes super with tangy sauce.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1cup moong dal
  2. 1 cup chopped spinach
  3. 1cup chopped onion
  4. 1tbsp chopped green chilli
  5. 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  6. 1 tbsp garam masala
  7. 1 tsp crushed ginger
  8. 1 tbsp salt
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take bowl add moong Dal n water let it soak for 2-3 hrs.
  2. Now wash properly n grind coarsely .don't make paste.
  3. Transfer Dal in bowl and mixed spinach and onion and all spices and salt.mix well.
  4. Take pan heat the oil n put lemon size batter .
  5. Let it fry from both sides until it become golden brown.
  6. Take out and serve with tangy sauce.
