Made with fresh dough stuff with corn soya cutlet.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For pizza dough:
  2. Wheat flour 65 gms
  3. maida 65 gms
  4. Dry yeast 1 tsp
  5. sugar 2 tsp
  6. salt 1/2 tsp
  7. butter 2 tsp
  8. water as required
  9. For the cutlets:
  10. Boiled crushed corn 1 cup
  11. Boiled soya chunks 1 cup
  12. Dried bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  13. Chilli+Garlic+Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  14. Oats 1/2 cup
  15. cornflour 4 tbsp
  16. salt as per taste
  17. oil to fry
  18. For Decoration:
  19. Cheese as per liking
  20. Pizza sauce homemade or store bought

Instructions

  1. Mix wheat flour, maida and make a well in the middle. Add sugar, salt, yeast and water. Knead to get a soft and a smooth dough.
  2. Roll small 8 chapathis and cover with cloth. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, mix mashed corn, bread crumbs, soya chunks, salt, masala paste and make cutlets for similar size by hand.
  4. Fry in hot oil. Keep aside.
  5. Apply butter and then pizza sauce on the proved chapathi. Put one cutlet on one chapati, add grated cheese and cover with another chapathi. Apply butter and sprinkle chilli flakes, herbs on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated over at 170 degree centigrade for 25 to 30 minutes.
