Ingredients to make Chicken flowers

  • Minced chicken 250 gms
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • onion 2 tbsp
  • cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  • chicken masala 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 1
  • Basmati rice 1/2 cup
  • salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion green 2 tbsp
  • chilli powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Chicken flowers

  1. IN A BOWL ADD 2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  2. 2 TBSP RED CHILI SAUCE
  3. ADD 2 TBSP WATER IN EACH SAUCE, AND MIX WELL
  4. AND HALF CUP WATER IN THIRD BOWL
  5. SOAK RICE IN DILUTED SYRUP FOR 2 HOURS
  6. IN A DISH ADD 250 GM MINCED CHICKEN
  7. 2 TBSP FRESH CORIANDER
  8. 2 TBSP CHOPPED ONION
  9. 1 GREEN CHILLI
  10. 1 TBSP FRESH MINT LEAVES
  11. 1 TSP SALT OR TO TASTE
  12. 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  13. 1/4 TSP CUMIN POWDER
  14. 1 TSP CHICKEN MASALA
  15. 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  16. 2 TBSP SPRING ONION GREENS
  17. MIX EVENLY
  18. MAKE LEMON SIZE BALLS FROM CHICKEN MIXTURE
  19. DRAIN EXTRA WATER FROM RICE
  20. ROLL THE BALLS IN SOAKED RICE TILL RICE COVERS THE BALLS EVENLY.
  21. GREASE THE STEAMER
  22. TRANSFER THE CHICKEN BALLS IN STEAMER
  23. STEAM FOR 10-15 MINUTES
  24. WHEN RICE COOKED TO SOFT, REMOVE FROM FLAME
  25. SERVE HOT
  26. CHICKEN FLOWERS ARE READY
