About Maggi Pazzta Stew Recipe

This delicious and filling coconut pazzta stew is mafe using Maggi masala penne pazzta and lots of veggies ,flavored with some spices.

Maggi Pazzta Stew

Ingredients to make Maggi Pazzta Stew

  • Maggi masala penne pazzta 1 pkt
  • carrots 1/4 cup ,cut into 1 inch long pieces
  • French beans 1/4th cup,cut into 1 inch long pieces
  • Boiled potato 1/2 cup, cubed
  • Steamed peas 1/4th cup
  • onions 2 thinly sliced
  • ginger 1/2 inch piece sliced into matchstick sized pieces
  • green chillies 2 slit
  • curry leaves 8-10
  • peppercorns 8-10
  • cloves 2-3
  • cinnamon 1 inch piece
  • Green cardamom 2 slightly crushed
  • Thick coconut milk 250 ml
  • salt to taste
  • sugar 1/4 tsp
  • cornflour 2 tsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • water 3-4 cups

How to make Maggi Pazzta Stew

  1. ADD THE CONTENTS OF 1 MAGGI MASALA PENNE PAZZTA PACKET TO A PAN
  2. ADD 2 CUPS WATER, THE TASTEMAKER WHICH COMES ALONG WITH THE PACKET, COOK FOR 5 MINS
  3. ONCE DONE, TAKE OFF HEAT, SET ASIDE
  4. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 8 PEPPERCORNS, 3 CLOVES, 1 INCH CINNAMON, 2 LIGHTLY CRUSHED CARDAMOMS
  5. ADD 8-10 CURRY LEAVES, 1/2 INCH THINLY SLICED GINGER, 2 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES
  6. ADD 2 SLICED ONIONS, SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  7. ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF THINLY SLICED CARROTS, GREEN PEAS & SLICED FRENCH BEANS
  8. ADD 1/2 CUP BOILED & CUBED POTATOES, TOSS WELL, COOK FOR 2-3 MINS
  9. ADD 220 ML THICK COCONUT MILK DILUTED WITH 1.5 CUPS WATER, SIMMER ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT FOR 2 MINS
  10. ADD THE COOKED PAZZTA, MIX LIGHTLY
  11. ADD 2 TSP CORNFLOUR MIXED WITH 30 ML COCONUT MILK, SALT, 1/4 TSP SUGAR, SIMMER FOR 3-4 MINS
  12. THE STEW IS READY, SERVE HOT, TRY IT, IT'S YUM
