ABOUT Dry Fruits Masala Milk RECIPE

Dry fruits are small but are extremely rich sources of minerals and proteins. Every diet specialist always recommends a handful of dry fruits in our diet in order to keep us healthy and fit. There are just umpteen varieties in dry fruits such as raisins, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, dates, plums and the list goes on.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 1/2 litre
  2. Dry fig 1
  3. Almond 3- 4
  4. Dates 2
  5. Walnut 1
  6. Saffron one pinch
  7. Tea masala powder or Ginger powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take dry fruits and chopped them finely
  2. Add chopped dry fruits in the boiling milk.
  3. Add tea masala or Ginger powder
  4. Boil the milk for 3 to 4 minutes
  5. Serve hot dry fruit masala milk in breakfast everyday.
