Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Beaten Rice 2 Cup
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Green Chilli 2
  5. Green Coriander 2 Spoon
  6. Green Capcicum 1/2
  7. Oil 2 Spoon
  8. Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Asofeotida 1/4 Tsp
  11. Salt 1 Tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash beaten rice with water.
  2. We will chop finely all vegetables.
  3. Add 1 spoon oil in a frying pan.
  4. Add finely chopped onion and saute till it turns light pink.
  5. Transfer the onion in a plate.
  6. Add 1 more spoon oil in frying pan.
  7. Add cumin seeds, asofeotida, turmeric powder and roast well on medium flame.
  8. This time add tomatoes, green chillis and roast well.
  9. Now add onion, capsicum, salt and stir well.
  10. Add washed beaten rice.
  11. Mix it in vegetables well and cover with lid for 2 minutes.
  12. After 2 minutes, stir again and off the flame.
  13. Garnish with green coriander.
  14. Serve hot with tea, chutney.
