Karandi Omelette

Ingredients to make Karandi Omelette

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 big size onion finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies finely chopped
  • Some coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • Pinch of red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil

How to make Karandi Omelette

  1. Take chopped onion, green chillies, salt, turmeric powder & red chilli powder. Mix well by using hand.
  2. Now crack open the egg & beaten with the mixure.
  3. Now take a tempering spatula for frying. Grease the spatula with cooking oil. Add the egg mixture & fry it in low flame.
